Problems and Complaints

• In the first instance, complaints and problems should be discussed with the Year Level Representative.
• If the matter cannot be resolved with the Level Representative, the student is advised to put the complaint in writing to the Head of Department.
• The student can also approach the Student Level Representative with the complaint/problem who will then relate the problem to the appropriate academic.
