The examination timetable is available at the Monash website. An individual timetable can be accessed by using your University password. This will contain the venues as well as the times of the examinations. Make sure that you record the date, time and venue of each of your examinations accurately; missing (or being late for an examination) due to misreading a timetable is not grounds for a deferred or special examination. You should also check the timetable carefully for clashes, and if there are any, then you should contact Irene Sgouras who will act on your behalf.

If your work/study during the semester or examination has been affected by illness, a death in the family, or other serious cause you should complete and submit an application for Special Consideration or a Deferred Examination, which is available at the Engineering Faculty Office. The application must be lodged within 48 hours of your last scheduled examination and be accompanied by appropriate evidence.
