1. Overview

The Transport and Traffic degrees are offered at three levels, namely:

  • Graduate Certificate
  • Postgraduate Diploma
  • Masters Degree

The postgraduate program is structured around four degrees as shown in the diagram below. The program draws on a common pool of postgraduate units offered through ITS (Monash). There are clearly defined articulation paths between those degrees and a number of flexible entry options to cater for students with 3 or 4 year undergraduate qualifications as well as those who do not have formal tertiary qualifications. In this way you can start in the Graduate Certificate and work all the way up to the Masters degree options. Through the choice of degree and elective units, you can design a program to meet your professional development needs.

Downloadable Information :

  • Summary Table of Unit Offerings (htm 10 kb)
Specifies the core units for each degree, and the considerable flexibility in the choice of elective units.
  • Course Information Booklet (pdf 752 kb)
Details information about the program and other elective units which cover topics such as asset management and project management. Students can also undertake a one semester length project on a topic of their choosing.
