The development of the program in traffic allowed Ken to develop his knowledge in road safety and publish the book "Safer Roads: A Guide to Road Safety Engineering" in 1996.
Ken's contribution to the development of transport policy has combined both a practical and education dimension. The Monash Transport Policy Lecture Series, initiated by Ken, presents a bi-annual opportunity to debate transport policy.
