The Department of Civil Engineering aims to provide a high level of teaching provision and research output while positioning itself for future change.
The Department has activities at two campuses: primarily at Clayton, an eastern suburb of Melbourne, plus the Gippsland campus at Churchill in eastern Victoria. It also teaches by Off Campus learning.
Mission:
To provide high quality Civil Engineering education, research and professional services globally for the mutual benefit of the students, the staff, the University, industry, the profession and the wider community.
